Feedback was gathered throughout the state from consumers, providers, state partners, and other interested parties on what current gaps in services are barriers to relocation. Read the 2007 Survey and Questionnaire Summary.
This feedback was analyzed by the Collaborative Team and used to develop an Operational Protocol that outlines the Roads to Community Living program design, implementation, and evaluation. Review the Proposed Demonstration Project Services.
The Operational Protocol was submitted for approval to CMS on October 15, 2007. Read the Operational Protocol Instruction Guide (PDF).
October – December 2007
CMS must approve the Operational Protocol before the project can be implemented in Washington State. Once approval is received, the Operational Protocol will be posted on this website. We hope to begin implementation early in 2008.
