The Collaborative Team
A consumer-based Collaborative Team made up of individuals across disabilities and representatives from multiple state agencies has been formed to serve in an advisory capacity for the project. Meet the Collaborative Team and state partners.
The Collaborative Team will meet May through September, 2007 and be responsible for:
- Prioritizing the information gathered in statewide Key Informant meetings and the on-line survey.
