AMENDING CHAPTER 388-97 WAC
Dear Nursing Facility/Home Administrators and Interested Parties:
Residential Care Services recently met with stakeholders, including nursing home association representatives and resident advocates, to discuss possible amendments to update and clarify sections of chapter 388-97 WAC.
The department has filed the enclosed CR-101 with the Office of the Code Reviser to begin the rule-making process and consider amending the sections listed on the CR-101.
