MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT REQUIREMENTS
Dear Nursing Facility/Home Administrator/Licensee:
This letter contains information for nursing home licensees regarding management agreements. Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 388-97-580 outlines the requirements for the use of management agreements between nursing home licensee’s and other individuals or entities.
To assist the Department in verifying that all management agreements currently in effect between nursing home licensees and other individuals or entities meet the requirements as stated in WAC 388-97-580, we are requesting that all nursing home licensees:
- Complete the enclosed card indicating whether an active management agreement is in effect at this time for the nursing home listed on the card and return the card to the address indicated on the card.
- If an active management agreement is in effect at this time for the nursing home listed on the card, return the completed card along with a copy of the enclosed Management Agreement Attestation and required attachments to the address indicated on the card.
