MDS TRAINING – REGION 1
Dear Nursing Facility/Home Administrator:
This letter contains important information for facility staff responsible for completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments.
Residential Care Services will be providing a workshop on the Resident Assessment Protocol (RAP) process on October 13, 2003 at Sacred Heart Medical Center, 101 W Eighth Avenue, Spokane, in the Providence Auditorium (Building #10). Attendees should bring their RAI manual. See enclosed map.
The training is free of charge, however no lunches, snacks, beverages, etc. will be offered and are the responsibility of the attendee(s). In order to accommodate all the facilities, it is necessary to limit the number of participants from each facility to a maximum of 3 people. No pre-registration is needed; a sign-in sheet will be available upon arrival. Sessions will begin at 8:30 am and conclude around 4:00 pm.
