SUBJECT: Revision of MB 01-38 Revision of Draft Skin Observation Protocols

and extension of comment period.

DEADLINE: Extended to December 14, 2001

The drafts Skin Observation Protocols have been slightly revised following a meeting with our Assistant Attorney General and our last workgroup meeting. These changes may be relevant to some of your comments or questions.

The guiding principle and the assumptions have been combined into one list and there are 3 added assumptions.

The deletions are crossed out and the additions are shaded for your ease in identifying them.

Because of this revision and some conflicts in scheduling local meetings, we are also extending the deadline for written comments to AASA. All comments are due by December 14, 2001.

We appreciate your involvement as we work through this challenging and necessary project.
