Nursing Facility Charts

This chart shows the percent of nursing facility deficiencies, by scope and severity code, for WA vs. the Nation.  This is based on standard health surveys and complaint investigations conducted in calendar year 2007 (thru 12/10/07).  For example, 9% of citations in WA were at the B level, and 6% of citations in the Nation were at the B level.

• WA compares to the nation in the percent of citations at the following scope and severity levels: F, I and K-L.
• WA exceeds the Nation by:
• 4% in level B citations.
• 5% in level G citations.
• 1% in level H citations.
