• The number of double G cases recommended for federal enforcement action decreased from 90 (in 2005) to 82 (in 2007).
• On average, there are 84 double G cases recommended for federal enforcement action in a given year.
• The number of double G cases with federal enforcement actions ranged from 11 (in 2004) to 15 (in 2003 & 2005).
• On average, there are 13 double G cases with federal enforcement action in a given year.
