Based on the Noncapital Budget Dial

Dear Nursing Home Administrator:

In the AASA No. 01-008 Dear Nursing Home Administrator letter dated March 28, 2001, the department notified you of the implementation of the noncapital budget dial effective May 1, 2001 in accordance with RCW 74.46.421 (5) (b).

Both the House and Senate have passed supplemental budgets that include additional funding to cover the shortfall.? While the legislation has not passed, this portion of the supplemental budget does not appear to be at risk.? This letter is notice that the department rescinds the May 1, 2001 rate reduction for the noncapital budget dial.
