Amendments to Chapter 388-78A WAC
Dear Boarding Home Provider:
Residential Care Services has amended chapter 388-78A WAC, Boarding Home Licensing Rules. The amendments were filed with the Office of the Code Reviser on December 15, 2005 as Washington State Register (WSR) 06-01-047 and will become effective on January 15, 2006.
The following documents are currently accessible on the ADSA BH Professional Page at

- CR 103 (Rule Making Order) form with amendments; and
- Concise Explanatory Statement (the department’s response to comments regarding the proposed rule).
