PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 388-76 WAC
Dear Adult Family Home Provider:
Enclosed is a Rule-Making order (CR 102) for the proposed amendments to Chapter 388-76 WAC Adult Family Home Minimum Licensing Requirements. These amendments will clarify due process rights of persons investigated for alleged abuse, neglect, exploitation and financial exploitation of an adult family home resident.
We are now in a more formal phase of the rule-making process, so any comments that you have must be shared either in person at the public hearing or in writing to the department’s Rules and Policies Assistance Unit (RPAU).
The formal hearing for the proposed rules is scheduled:
